Connor owns and runs the company. I needed a new gas boiler and Connor was recommended to me. Connor was able to provide an assessment and recommendations online. Once I confirmed the one most suitable for me we were able to move forward and agree a date for the work to begin. Once they arrived they were very effective and efficient and even covered my carpet in a protective film where they would be stepping. The work was quick and quiet, I was able to work from home uninterrupted and the work was 100% completed before 4pm.

Great service. Connor turned up exactly at the agreed time to quote for the job and then again, at the agreed time to perform the replacement. If you want a first class Heating Engineer Connor's your man! Connor installed a new replacement Ideal Logic Max 2 30kw Combi Boiler for us along with new replacement radiators. There's no hidden extras etc with Connor. Connor is also very knowledgeable at what he does. Connor is a great communicator and explains everything thoroughly. We first met Connor when he fitted a boiler for us in 2021 and again when he came to service it this year. The boiler fit was not straightforward as we wanted it moved and he did it without any problem. He offered the service free for first year. You receive a handy text 20-30 mins before arrival. Always on time. Very friendly, polite and professional and keeps you informed throughout. The work is carried out to a very high standard and no mess is ever left behind. On top of all this, the cost for this first-rate service is very reasonable too. My neighbour and I have both use this company multiple times over the last few years... always excellent service from Connor.

It was one of the coldest days up in north on a November, and the next day was forecasted to be a -7, when my boiler broke. I needed an urgent replacement when Conor helped my situation and replaced my boiler the next day. The way he worked was very professional and I could safely say that he is a man who knows what he's doing and frankly explains everything and gains your trust.
