My Boiler decided to fail and C1 came to the rescue. They came out the following morning to assess the issue i was having and Connor was my engineer, who was absolutely fantastic and very professional from start to finish. Let me know what was going on, and gave me my options on what I could do. Connor came back later that day with the part to get it up and running again. Can't thank the whole team enough for their efforts. New BoilerNeeded a new boiler after nearly 20 years. I checked the Which website and C1 Gas and Heating Services was close and had great reviews. Connor was able to provide an assessment and recommendations online. Once I confirmed the one most suitable for me we were able to move forward and agree a date for the work to begin. Once they arrived they were very effective and efficient and even covered my carpet in a protective film where they would be stepping. The work was quick and quiet, I was able to work from home uninterrupted and the work was 100% completed before 4pm. In short, I got exactly what I was after with no issues, would highly recommend.
Very happy with the boiler service carried out today.I used this company last year and was sent a reminder that another service was due.The engineer came in the time specified and worked efficiently to carry out the necessary checks.He had a very good manner and covered his feet when he came into the house.Identified a small repair and said he would make sure we were sent an estimate for the work before doing it.

The reason I used Connor to install our boiler, was that he took the time to discuss issues in our home that he wouldn't financially benefit from. The customer service is above average, and the workmanship was the same.Connor wasn't the cheapest quote we got, but he was certainly worth the money.
