C1 Boiler were great from start to finish. Connor came to visit my flat and explained the best option. The price of the quote was far better than other companies and they have a very personal approach. John came round to install the boiler and did a fantastic job. He worked incredibly hard and was very thorough. The only reason for 4 stars was due to an added cost that wasn't fully explained at the time and came as a bit of a surprise on the invoice. Great small business, engineers and admin staff are friendly and hardworking. The engineer who installed my new boiler on a 2 day job stayed well into the evening trying to clean up after. I had to get holes cut in my ceiling as part of the job for access purposes, and they organised a joiner to come patch up afterwards which saved me the hassle of finding a tradie. Unfortunately the joiner did not show up on said day but C1 boilers were really apologetic and professional despite this not being their fault and got this rearranged for me. The staff, owner and engineers at C1 Boilers are efficient, very helpful and friendly.From giving an initial quotation for a new boiler, understaning our needs and wishes, they did an excellent job from start to finish and left the property clean and tidy.
